The service
Senedi is a school-management platform: a web app for schools and a mobile app for parents, students and teachers. It is published by SENEDI - SARL, Nouakchott, Mauritania.
Accounts
Accounts are created by schools; there is no public sign-up. You keep your credentials secret and do not share them.
Use
You use the service lawfully and within the school that gave you access. The school is responsible for its content and its users.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service available; maintenance windows may occur.
Intellectual property
Senedi, its logo, its code and its content belong to SENEDI - SARL. Data entered by a school remains the school's.
Liability
Our liability is limited to what the law allows.
Suspension
We may suspend an account in case of misuse of the service.
Fees
The contract between SENEDI and each school sets the fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Mauritanian law. The courts of Nouakchott have jurisdiction.
